Legal officerLocation : Chennai

Objective / Purpose of the Job ;

Exposure to corporate, laws, I&PR legislations, trademarks and land related matters
Industrial and Laboyr laws including welfare legislations.
Exposure to Banking laws, Mergers and NCLT Process
Should have good relationship in liasising with senior advocates in Chennai and Madurai.
Good Exposure to indepengant Drafting/vetting of agreements and contracts, commercial and Bilateral
Exposure to manufacturing sector legal problems.
Exposure in case handling and liaison with Registries .
Exposure in company secretarial practice and law
