Role Description

This is a full-time corporate role for a Legal Manager - Commercial, based in Vadodara-Gujarat. The role involves managing contract negotiations, drafting, and legal reviews related to commercial agreements. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, providing strategic advice on business and legal issues, and managing risk exposure. The Legal Manager will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a critical role in supporting business planning and commercial activities.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Contract Management and Commercial Management
• Proficiency in Business Planning and Analytical Skills, with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making
• Team Management skills, including leading, mentoring, and collaborating with diverse teams
• Demonstrated understanding of commercial and regulatory laws, with experience in compliance management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent; post-graduate legal qualification is an advantage
• Experience in the Oil and Energy industry is a strong plus
