Legal Manager

Job Description: As a legal professional at Bacchus Enterprises Limited, you will be responsible for managing the company's legal affairs across India. Your role will involve handling and overseeing all legal cases involving the company, drafting and vetting legal documents, and coordinating with external legal counsels and advocates. You will be required to travel to various states in India to attend legal matters and court proceedings, as well as identify and empanel competent legal professionals as per the company's requirements. Additionally, maintaining comprehensive records of ongoing legal matters and providing regular updates to the management will be crucial aspects of your job. Candidate Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution, with an LLM being a plus. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in handling corporate legal matters, including criminal, civil, and arbitration cases, is essential. Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills are required, along with the willingness to travel across India as per legal case requirements. The ability to work independently and manage multiple legal issues simultaneously will also be key to your success. This is a full-time position with a work schedule that includes day, evening, and morning shifts from Monday to Friday. The work location will be in person, requiring your presence to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the role.,
