Job Description

As a Compliance Specialist, your role will involve developing and implementing a compliance program, including drafting policies and processes, defining system controls, and monitoring the program for continual improvements. You will also conduct compliance training and education, oversee compliance-related communications, and perform interviews with key stakeholders to ensure compliance with established processes and legislation. Additionally, you will be responsible for proposing and monitoring risk mitigation plans, implementing subsidiary compliance programs, advising internal stakeholders on regulatory mandates, and supporting the build of the organization's tone and culture in line with CIP requirements. Your duties will also include policy drafting, administration of the Code of Conduct and Ethics, providing training on compliance-related topics, developing web-based training modules, report development, policy and procedure development, public speaking, business presentation, and knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a compliance program, including policies and processes - Conduct compliance training and education sessions - Perform interviews with key stakeholders to verify compliance - Propose and monitor risk mitigation plans - Implement and manage subsidiary compliance programs - Advise internal stakeholders on regulatory mandates - Support the build of the organization's tone and culture - Draft policies and administer the Code of Conduct and Ethics Required Qualifications: - Experience in providing compliance-related training and developing web-based training modules - Extensive report and policy development experience in a multinational corporation - Experience in public speaking and business presentations - Knowledge of IT industry regulatory standards - Independent project management skills - Excellent analytical and communication skills - Willingness to embrace innovative approaches - Ability to handle change management effectively In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the company prefers candidates with foundational knowledge in Program Management, Legal, and Contractual Compliance.,
