Job Description

Contract Management Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts such as MSAs, NDAs, SaaS Agreements, and Partnership Agreements.
Legal Research Conduct in-depth research on corporate, fintech, and data protection laws (including the IT Act, DPDP Act, and RBI guidelines).
Compliance & Governance Support in maintaining compliance registers, legal trackers, and audit documentation.
Advisory Support Prepare concise legal summaries and internal policy notes on evolving regulatory issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with Finance, Product, Operations, and Tech teams for contract execution and compliance support.
Intellectual Property Assist in managing trademark and copyright filings, ensuring timely renewals and protection measures.

Who You Are

5th-year student enrolled in the B.A. LL.B (Hons.) program or a fresh law graduate from National Law School or other premier Law Universities
Strong academic background with exceptional research and analytical skills.
Excellent command over written and spoken English.
Prior exposure to corporate, technology, or fintech law internships preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple assignments independently.
