Job Description

Designation: Legal Expert (Contract) No. of Post: 5 Salary: Rs.65000/- p. m Job Location: State Capitals of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra Role & responsibilities Draft petitions, show-cause notices, and RTI/legal responses under the PAT Scheme Provide legal advice and support to SDA Liaison with SERC, ASG, Registrar, and other legal authorities Participate in hearings, drafting of orders, and ensuring legal compliance Support SDA in litigation, contractual agreements, and MoUs Preferred candidate profile Bachelors in any stream + LLB from a recognized university Minimum 7 years of legal experience (experience in energy, electricity, or regulatory sectors desirable) Age Limit is 40 years (as on 15th June 2025)
