Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP HR Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in UK Payroll and exposure to SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP HCM Payroll processes, including statutory requirements and reporting specific to the UK. Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or EC Payroll is a strong advantage. Youll be working closely with HR and technical teams to deliver accurate, compliant, and optimized payroll solutions across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Configure and support SAP HCM UK Payroll, including schemas, rules, wage types, and statutory processes (e.g., RTI, P60, P45, SSP, SMP). Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll with a strong focus on UK Payroll configuration and statutory processes. Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Time Off, or EC Payroll. In-depth knowledge of UK payroll compliance, HMRC processes, RTI, and end-of-year reporting. Strong understanding of time evaluation, infotype configuration, and payroll integration points. Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Control Center or Time Off configuration.
