Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal advice and support on a broad spectrum of legal issues, particularly relating to works contracts and land disputes.
Represent the company in legal proceedings, including court and arbitration cases as required.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements to ensure protection of the company's interests.
Identify legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support business decision-making.
Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant authorities.
Conduct in-depth legal research and ensure the company's operations remain compliant with current laws and regulations.
Monitor legal developments relevant to the company's industry and advise internal stakeholders accordingly.
Develop, update, and implement internal policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure ongoing legal compliance.
