Senior SaaS ( HCM ) Implementation Consultant | Hyderabad | Hybrid | US EST Shifts ( Night Shifts )

Role Overview:

In This Role You Will:

  • Focus on business requirements gathering, functional solutions and testing.
  • Conduct business requirement analysis and gap analysis.
  • Develop and recommend solutions and strategies for functional solutions based on the analysis of customer business goals, objectives, needs, and existing business workflow.
  • Uses industry expertise to spot gaps and pitfalls in business requirements/existing customer processes, and steers customers toward an optimal solution.
  • Identify and recommend solutions to meet client business requirements. Guides customers through functional options thoroughly.
  • Facilitate and lead the business process and configuration workshops.
  • Work with the SumTotal Project Manager to define optimum project delivery strategy and plan.
  • Provide functional and business leadership to the client as well as the cross-functional team.
  • Testing and Validation of business requirements and functional solutions.
  • Work with internal groups to define, deliver, and assist with post-implementation issues.
  • Lead specific workstreams.
  • Facilitate and lead the delivery of Administration Training.
  • Provide consulting on the functionality of the SumTotal application and industry best practices.
  • Internal-facing effort to ensure best practices (approximately 20% of the role).
  • Function as a subject-matter expert in relevant areas.
  • Oversee and guide Learning (and Talent, if required) implementation projects.
  • Meet utilization requirements and other KPIs related to individual and practice performance.
  • No direct reporting responsibilities.
  • Up to 50% travel, will be required.

  • 5-7 years of consulting experience in the HCM space, with more than 5 years of consulting experience in medium/large scale projects

  • Ability to engage with prospective customers, during the scope discovery phase.
  • Ability to drive the discussion towards controlling project scope and schedules.

  • Contribute to overall team success in delivery and pre-sales scenarios.
  • Drive team to complete tasks on schedule and of high quality.
  • Provide support and guidance to consultants and analysts.

  • Understand the fundamentals of customer satisfaction for the software business.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships with customers.
  • Ability to continuously improve and receive positive feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.

Extra Dose of Awesome If You Have:

  • Degree with Business major and technical minor preferred.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise HCM software implementation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Kantata (Mavenlink)

Note:

Compensation : INR 16L to INR 20L Fixed + 15% MBO Bonus ( Paid Quarterly, Depending on the objectives attained by the professional services team ) + Shift Allowance + Cabs ( Pick & Drop )
