We are seeking a senior Land Acquisition Consultant to identify, source, and secure 20-200 acres of contiguous land in Navi Mumbai for large-scale Data Centre projects.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 10+ years experience in large land acquisition
* Strong network of landowners, developers, brokers, and local authorities
* Proven track record of successfully closing industrial / data Centre / large commercial land deals
Preferred
* Ownership or exclusive mandate of large land parcels
* to travel for site inspections & preparing reports
Serious mandate | Immediate requirement | Strictly confidential
Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
