Job Description:
1. Basic understanding of Company Law, corporate governance, and secretarial functions is essential.
2. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are also important. 3. Assisting in the preparation and filing of company documents, including board minutes and resolutions.4. Supporting in maintaining and updating company records and registers. 5. To draft replies to notices received from statutory authorities, customers, suppliers, etc.6. Preparing applications or replies in legal proceedings in consumer forums, tribunals etc.7. Follow up with Court cases, and legal proceedings protecting Company's interests.8. Drafting of contracts, deeds, bonds, etc.9. Prepare Annual Report of the Company
10. Having CS knowledge
11. Knowledge of Board of Resolution.
