Job Description

About the Role:

Legal Counsel / Manager

APAC, UK, EU, and North America

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including
Cloud Outsourcing, SaaS, IaaS, Licensing, Consulting, Facilities, Staff Augmentation
.
Advise on
regulatory frameworks
(DORA, ESMA, EBA, MAS, PRA) in relation to technology and outsourcing contracts.
Provide legal support for onboarding
third-party AI and GenAI solutions
.
Support procurement teams on
RFPs, vendor engagements, and disputes
.
Collaborate with cross-border teams on complex legal issues and contract negotiations.
Contribute to
knowledge sharing, process improvements, and adoption of legal tech
.

Key Skills & Requirements:

LLB with
9-12 years PQE
, preferably in-house within
MNCs (Financial Services, Asset Management, IT)
.
Strong experience in
commercial & technology contracts
(Cloud, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Outsourcing, Licensing).
Working knowledge of
global outsourcing regulations
.
Familiarity with
AI, GenAI, Data Processing, Platform Integration
.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
High ethical standards, strong commercial judgment, and business acumen.
Experience with
contract management systems, e-signature platforms, legal tech
is a plus.
