Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property
title verification
and comprehensive
legal due diligence
.
Draft, review, and vet
sale deeds, loan documents, and related agreements
.
Liaise and coordinate with
banks, financial institutions, and government authorities
.
Represent the company before
courts, tribunals, and regulatory bodies
in matters related to property and recovery.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including
DRT, NCLT, RERA, SARFAESI
, and
Civil Court proceedings
.
Provide legal support for
property acquisition, registration, and recovery processes
.

Key Requirements:

Qualification:
LL.B / LL.M
from a recognized institution.
Experience:
510 years
in
real estate law
and
auction property transactions
.
In-depth knowledge of
property laws, title clearance, and litigation procedures
.
Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
