Location : Mumbai (Lower Parel)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents under supervision.
• Support in compliance tracking, maintaining records and preparing statutory documentation.
• Help in preparing summaries and notes of key legal developments, circulars, and notifications relevant to the business.
• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, HR, operations, etc.) for documentation and information required for legal purposes.
• Maintain and organize legal databases, templates and files.
• Assist in correspondence with external counsel or regulatory authorities under guidance.
• Participate in drafting and implementing company policies related to confidentiality, data protection, and contracts.
