Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting of Title document, verification of Title document to provide legal opinion on Title, and Civil Matters. As a member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in litigation and registration. Job Title: Legal Executive Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Industry Type: jewellery Eligibility: Law Graduates/ Experience Exceptional written and verbal communication in Tamil and English. Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam will be an added advantage. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice and guidance to our Clients. In depth understanding of property laws, Banking laws, Company laws and registration process. Draft, Notices, Review and Revise, Legal Documents, Suites, Contracts, Agreements, Pleadings, and other relevant materials. Drafting of Deeds and Documents, Appearing before the registration authority for registration. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategy, negotiations, and decision-making. Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends, and communicate their implications to the team. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
