We are looking for jewellery Sales Executive Experience: 0 to 3 year in jewellery retail sales Qualification: Any Industry: gems/Jewellery/ retail Job Summary: The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience in a jewellery showroom environment. This individual will assist customers in selecting high-quality jewellery pieces, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales through excellent product knowledge and personalized service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Interaction & Sales: · Greet customers warmly and assist them in their purchase journey, addressing their needs and preferences. · Provide expert advice on product selection, materials, designs, and customization options. · Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting high-value jewellery. · Demonstrate a deep understanding of the brands jewellery collection, including current trends, designs, and quality standards. Product Knowledge & Display: · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full range of jewellery products and services. · Ensure the jewellery display is attractive, organized, and reflective of current promotional campaigns. · Manage stock levels and report any low inventory or stock discrepancies. Customer Service & Relationship Building: · Provide personalized service, making recommendations based on individual customer preferences and requirements. · Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or returns in a professional and timely manner. · Build long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional after-sales service and follow-up. Sales Transactions & Documentation: · Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit card, or finance options. · Maintain proper records of sales, returns, and exchanges, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with store policies. Team Collaboration: · Work closely with follow sales associates, store managers, and other team members to ensure smooth store operations. · Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills. Qualifications & Skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or Retail Management is a plus. Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry. Skills: · Strong sales abilities and target-driven attitude. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build rapport with customers and offer personalized advice. · High attention to detail, especially in handling valuable products. · Basic computer skills for handling sales systems, inventory, and reports. · Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones, and metals is preferred.
