Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining product features, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a smooth and delightful shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery requirements.
• Present, promote, and sell jewellery pieces by explaining product features, materials, pricing, and benefits.
• Provide guidance on styles, trends, and suitable options based on customer preferences.
• Maintain product knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, gold, silver, and other jewellery categories.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processes accurately.
• Ensure all jewellery items are safely handled and securely stored.
• Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and overall visual merchandising standards.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Support stock management including inventory checks, tagging, and replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience in jewellery sales or retail sales (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of jewellery types, metals, stones, and current trends (training can be provided).
• High level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory systems.
• Pleasant personality with excellent customer service skills.

Education

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• Certification in jewellery or gemology is an added advantage (optional).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
