Site Supervisor (Civil)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Site Engineers (Civil ) to join our growing team at Aruna jewellery The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing all types of construction activities at various project sites. Key Responsibilities Site Execution: Oversee day-to-day site execution and ensure timely completion of activities Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site staff to ensure smooth project progress Technical Interpretation: Interpret construction drawings and technical details Quality Assurance: Maintain work quality and adhere to safety protocols Material Management: Monitor material usage and assist in site-level procurement Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports and update project status Site Discipline: Ensure site discipline, punctuality, and proper documentation Requirements Educational Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in site execution roles Location Flexibility: Must be willing to travel to project sites across Coimbatore and nearby areas Mobility: Own two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory Skills & Attributes: Dedication: Sincere and committed to work Reliability: Trustworthy and dependable Learner Mindedness: Eager to learn and grow within the company Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills What We Offer Salary will be based on experience, technical proficiency, and overall performance.
