About the Role

Legal Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements using AI-assisted tools.
  • Leverage AI platforms and prompt engineering techniques to streamline legal research and case analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Develop and refine legal prompts to improve AI model outputs for contracts, risk assessments, and compliance documents.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification

    .

  • 2+ years of experience

    as a Legal Executive or in a similar role.
  • Proven knowledge of

    legal prompt engineering

    and experience using

    AI/Gen AI tools

    for legal work (e.g., contract review, legal research).
  • Strong understanding of corporate, commercial, and regulatory legal frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems or legal tech platforms.
  • Understanding of data privacy, IP, and technology-related laws.
  • Ability to train and guide teams in AI-driven legal processes.
