Legal Counsel We are Cognyte, the global leader in security analytics software, and we are looking for an exceptional and passionate Legal Counsel to join our legal team. Your impact Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and other contracts Providing legal guidance and assistance, as required by the business Being a part of the legal compliance team - conducting and managing KYC and due diligence processes to third parties. Keeping up to date with legislative and other changes and advising the business as appropriate Handling various tasks assigned to you Requirements: Your tool box Qualified lawyer and a member of the local bar association. At least 3 years’ experience working at a large/medium size law firm or in-house, preferably at a High Tech company Experience in practicing law in the compliance domain. Experience in export, trade or anti-bribery and corruption compliance - an advantage Ability to draft, negotiate and close contracts Ability to work in a multi stakeholder global organization, team player Business-oriented with a good sense of risk management Proven independent learning skills and ability to gain expertise in new domains Self-driven and highly motivated to contribute to the success of the company English at mother tongue level Show more Show less
