Lex Chambers is looking to build human capital and further strengthen its Corporate Commercial & General Corporate vertical.

Position: Legal Counsel, Corporate Commercial & General Corporate Team

Experience: 4-6years

Location: New Delhi | Onsite - Full Time

Key Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of experience in corporate commercial and general corporate matters.
• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Strong knowledge of M&A, joint ventures, private equity, and other corporate transactions.
• Keen attention to detail & analytical skills.
• Maintain client relations & expectations independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & meet deadlines.

Prior experience of working in a law firm is an essential requirement for this opportunity.
