Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken.
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities; ability to simplify legal content.
• Comfort and confidence presenting on camera.
• Understanding of instructional design basics and visual storytelling.
• Ability to use

  AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)

  to streamline workflows.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work on multiple modules simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

• Law background (LLB) or strong exposure to legal content.
• Experience in content development, editing, teaching, or legal writing.
• On-camera or performance experience—anchoring, theatre, YouTube, or training videos.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning production workflows.
• Creativity in designing visuals and learning experiences.
