Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate at Thriwe, your role will involve drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of contracts to support business operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Licensing Agreements, and Service Contracts across different jurisdictions. - Providing support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, including risk analysis and contract interpretation. - Developing and maintaining standardized templates and contract management processes. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support Contract Lifecycle Management. - Offering legal advisory on various business operations including corporate governance, company law queries, and labor laws. - Managing disputes and liaising with external counsel when necessary. - Staying updated with relevant legal changes affecting Contract Law and Corporate Practice. - Maintaining and updating the legal tracker and repository to ensure accurate categorization of all contracts and legal documents for internal stakeholders" access. Qualifications required for this role include: - Law degree from an accredited law school. - 2+ years of work experience in contract law, preferably in-house or with a law firm specializing in corporate/commercial contracts. - Strong understanding of contract negotiation, drafting, and compliance. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.,
