Auchitya Law Company is a reputed legal firm with more than 20 years of experience, engaged in both litigation and non-litigation practice. Led by Mr. Avadhesh Kumar Tyagi, an empanelled advocate for 22 national banks, the firm provides a wide range of legal services, including:

• Legal Opinions
• Title Search Reports
• NEC & BPNEC
• Civil & Commercial Matters
• Cheque Dishonour Cases (Section 138, NI Act)
• Other litigation and advisory services for banking and financial institutions

Position Overview

We are looking for a Legal Associate who is eager to explore and grow in diverse areas of law, particularly banking, civil, and commercial matters. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with strong interest and willingness to learn are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting legal opinions, notices, agreements, and pleadings
• Conduct title searches and prepare title verification reports
• Handle NEC, BPNEC and other bank-related documentation
• Support senior advocates in civil, commercial, and NI Act (Section 138) matters

Required Skills & Qualifications

• LL.B. from a recognized university
• Good legal drafting and research skills
• Command over both English and Hindi language is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–3 years of experience may apply
