Legal Associate

As a Legal Associate at our company, you will be responsible for a variety of legal tasks to support our legal team. You should possess around 1 year of experience in the field and have a keen eye for detail. This role will allow you to gain hands-on experience in contract drafting, intellectual property management, data privacy compliance, and labour law. Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, and assist in negotiating various corporate and commercial contracts including NDAs, MoUs, vendor agreements, and service contracts. - Support in filing and tracking trademark and copyright applications, managing renewals and oppositions, and coordinating with IP attorneys in India and abroad. - Assist in ensuring compliance with data protection laws such as GDPR, the IT Act, and the DPDP Act. - Review privacy policies and help maintain legal documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. - Support the team in preparing employment contracts and HR policy documents. - Assist in ensuring basic compliance with Indian labour laws and handling HR-related legal matters. Qualifications Required: - Around 1 year of relevant experience in legal roles. - Familiarity with contract drafting, intellectual property laws, data privacy regulations, and labour law compliance. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.,
