Junior Associate

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 Years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)

  , specifically in handling Criminal Law cases and Intellectual Property Rights matters.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indian Law and Judicial Procedures, with a strong ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and precedents in the fields of

  Criminal Law and IPR.

• Proficiency in Legal Drafting, Research, and Documentation, including preparation of petitions, affidavits, and pleadings.
• Strong Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills for assessing complex legal issues and contributing to litigation strategies.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills for effective client interaction and courtroom representation.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure legal environment, maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.
• Proficiency in English and Marathi language.
• Candidate applying for the post should be residing in Mumbai or in any other part of Maharashtra.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Bar Council Registration to practice law in India is mandatory.
