Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, disciplined Legal Associate to work directly with Counsel in high-stakes writ, constitutional, and GST litigation. Key ResponsibilitiesDraft writ petitions, affidavits, rejoinders, written submissions. Conduct case law research, prepare issue notes & case briefs. Assist in court appearances, mentioning, and procedural hearings. Manage matter files, chronologies, and client document coordination. RequirementsStrong legal drafting skills. Excellent research ability and clarity of thought. Confidence in court and familiarity with High Court practice. Background in tax / constitutional matters is an advantage.
