Provide legal support and advice to different departments within Practo.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
Ensure legal compliance in all business practices and advise on possible legal risks.
Contribute to the formulation of business strategies from a legal point of view.
Liaise with external legal counsel as required.
Law degree from a recognized university.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a corporate environment.
Strong understanding of corporate law and legal procedures.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time, in-office position based out of our headquarters in Bengaluru, India.
