Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate(Corporate Field), based in Agra. The Legal Associate will be responsible for preparing legal documents, researching legal issues, analyzing case law, and providing support to senior attorneys. Daily tasks include drafting contracts, reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in the preparation for court proceedings. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and legal skills, as well as a deep understanding of various legal issues.
