Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Legal Associate (Litigation) located on-site in Agra. The Legal Associate will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in court. Other tasks include preparing case files, ensuring compliance with legal procedures, interacting with clients, and collaborating with senior attorneys on case strategies. The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage litigation cases.

• Legal Research and Drafting skills
• Pleading and Court Representation experience
• Client Interaction and Case Management abilities
• Strong Analytical and Interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of legal procedures and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB or LLM)
• Experience in litigation is a plus
