Legal Associate

About Us:

As a Legal Associate, you will be responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, minimizing legal risks, and providing legal guidance to internal teams and management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel on active and pending legal matters.
* Represent the company in legal proceedings, courts, and with other authorities.* Develop, review, and implement internal legal and governance policies.* Conduct legal research and evaluate potential legal risks for business decisions.* Draft, review, negotiate contracts, agreements, legal documents, and settlement terms.* Handle disputes and litigation involving corporations and individuals.* Advise management on corporate legal matters and suggest preventive legal measures.* Collaborate with the HR and other department on employee-related legal issues and recommend appropriate actions.* Create and issue legal notices and agreements to clients and Employee when required.* Provide legal support during visa and immigration processes.* Assist the divergence team with complex visa-related cases.* Conduct audits of documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Law
* Proven experience working in corporate legal departments or law firms.* Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and immigration law.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and handle multiple cases simultaneously.* Strong negotiation, research, and analytical skills
