Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida. The Legal Associate will handle legal document preparation, conduct legal research, and analyze and resolve legal issues. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to provide legal support, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and offering insights on risk management. The role requires consistent engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal accuracy in all operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Comprehensive understanding of Legal Issues and regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in the financial or corporate sector is an advantage
