Legal Associate

• Draft, review, and revise commercial and warehousing contracts, including service level agreements (SLAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and vendor agreements.
• Support negotiations and ensure alignment with company policies and risk standards.
• Review and interpret client contracts, particularly with automotive manufacturing and supply chain partners.
• Maintain a repository of executed contracts and track key compliance milestones.
• Assist in resolving contract-related disputes by coordinating with external counsel when required.
• Conduct periodic audits of contract documentation to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and industry regulations affecting logistics and warehousing operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹344,080.37 - ₹500,000.00 per year
