Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on M&A, PE/VC investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including SPAs, SHAs, investment agreements, and term sheets.
• Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessment for domestic and cross-border deals.
• Provide strategic corporate advisory services on structuring, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-building within the practice group.

Ideal Candidate:

• LLB from a reputed law school in India or abroad.
• 2–8 years of PQE in top-tier law firms or reputed corporate legal teams.
• Strong experience in M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and general corporate advisory.
• Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex transaction documents.
• Solid understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, SEBI regulations, and other relevant statutes.
• Excellent communication, client management, and team collaboration skills.
