Job Summary:


Legal Associate


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and analyse legal agreements and commercial contracts.
  2. Maintain legal files, including contracts, case files, and other important documents.
  3. Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary documentation for court cases.
  4. Assist on legal issues concerning HR, labour matters, and policy compliance.
  5. Manage legal proceedings, including representing the company in court as required.
  6. Liaise and coordinate with external legal counsel and law firms.
  7. Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise reports on legal issues.


Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) mandatory
  2. Minimum 1-year legal experience
  3. Basic understanding of Contract law
  4. Decent communication and attitude
