We are looking for an associate well versed in Gujarati (both spoken and written) and lower court proceedings including but not limited to civil suits, proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Commercial litigations and Execution Proceedings. To have extensive experience in independently handling and appearing before lower courts and commercial courts. Candidate may also be required to appear before the High Court of Gujarat and have good drafting and analytical skills.
