With years of expertise in the real estate market, we focus on delivering transparent, professional, and customer-friendly services to our clients. *Job Responsibilities:* * Draft, review, and finalize property-related legal documents, agreements, and contracts. * Verify title deeds, ownership records, and supporting legal documents. * Liaise with advocates, clients, and government departments for legal formalities. * Ensure compliance with property laws, RERA, and other applicable regulations. * Maintain accurate documentation and legal records for all real estate transactions. * Provide legal support for dispute resolution and client queries. * Handle registration of property documents and follow-up with concerned authorities. *Required Skills & Qualifications: * * Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) or relevant legal qualification. * Strong knowledge of real estate laws, property registration, and documentation. * Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. * Attention to detail with strong organizational ability. * Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
