Key Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required. Maintain records, files, and confidential documents. Assist in personal tasks and errands as assigned. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders. Track and remind the executive of key deadlines, follow-ups, and commitments. Handle office and administrative coordination efficiently.
Candidate should be able to draft the matter directly on the desktop in English and Gujarati. Should have good knowledge of English and Gujarati. Candidate should be willing to attend the Courts and do all the works of the office.
