Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Legal Assistant role based in Vijayawada. The Legal Assistant will assist with preparing legal documents, conducting research, managing schedules, and supporting legal practitioners in daily operations. Responsibilities include handling administrative tasks, maintaining organized case files, and facilitating effective communication between the firm and its clients. The role provides an opportunity to work closely with seasoned legal professionals on diverse legal cases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and understanding of legal procedures
• Experience in Legal Document Preparation and handling related tasks
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Administrative Assistance expertise and the ability to manage schedules and organize case files
• Knowledge and practical experience related to the role of Legal Assistants
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in office software and legal research tools
• Relevant educational qualifications in law or related fields
