Job Title: Legal Analyst Location: Pune - Onsite/Office (Mon-Fri)

CredCore is world's first Debt AI FinTech, headquartered in New York City, specialized in Enterprise Debt powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Work Hours: Full-time position with the rotational shifts (both day and night shifts) to accommodate collaboration with US clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret legal documents, including loan, credit, or bond agreements.

• Summarize and simplify complex legal information for non-expert stakeholders.

• Assist in product innovation and development by structuring legal documents and contributing to their automation.

• Develop taxonomies, templates, and formats for efficient legal document processing.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client deliveries by defining agreement terms and providing legal insights.

• Independently draft and review white papers, provide feedback, and offer suggestions for peer publications.

• Stay up to date with new reporting and disclosure frameworks, assisting in their documentation and transition into templates.

• Contribute to the overall enhancement of reporting processes and formats to improve efficiency.

Other Responsibilities include:

• Develop legal templates and structures, identifying synergies within existing frameworks.

• Present developments and innovations in document management for capital markets.

• Familiarize yourself with accounting basics and standard line items.

• Engage with US clients, which may require working in rotational shifts based on document uploads during night hours.

Qualification & Experience:

• Education:

• Graduation or post-graduation in Law (LLB, LLM, or integrated B. Com/BBA with LLB).

• Experience:

• Prior experience in legal document management and interpretation.

• Familiarity with legal resources such as Thomson Reuters Practical Law, Law.com, and Law Insider is a plus.

• Basic understanding of accounting concepts will be advantageous.

• Skills:

• Ability to simplify legal terminology for non-experts.

• Proactive in tracking milestones and KPIs with a data-driven approach.

• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle both independent and collaborative work.

• Commitment to ethical conduct and active participation in company culture.
