Saya Group is a leading real estate developer specializing in commercial/mixed-use/retail properties. We are seeking a dynamic Manager – Leasing to drive leasing strategies, manage tenant relationships, and maximize occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximize mall occupancy and revenue.

- Identify and negotiate with potential tenants, including national and international brands.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and key stakeholders.

- Oversee lease renewals, term negotiations, and tenant retention programs.

- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for lead generation and promotions.

- Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and company policies.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 7 -10 years of experience in real estate leasing, preferably in commercial/retail properties.

- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

- Knowledge of lease agreements, legal aspects, and market dynamics.

- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic leasing plans.

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
