Our mission is to be a leading aggregator of the non-fuel highway economy, tapping into this rapidly growing sector. With a future-forward vision and strong execution capabilities, we aim to develop 100 strategically located WSAs to improve the travel experience across high-traffic corridors.

Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Drive leasing deals with national/regional brands

•⁠ ⁠Build and maintain retailer/brand relationships

•⁠ ⁠Conduct market analysis on trends, competitors, and consumer behavior

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute leasing plans aligned with business goals

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate lease documentation with legal/compliance teams

•⁠ ⁠Prepare MIS reports and update management

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with marketing/operations for space positioning and promotions

•⁠ ⁠Travel extensively for meetings and site visits

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Strong brand network and mall leasing experience

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking

•⁠ ⁠Proven ability to achieve revenue and occupancy targets

•⁠ ⁠Sound knowledge of lease agreements and Delhi NCR retail market
