Leasing Manager

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager (Commercial Leasing) based in Mumbai, your role involves generating leads to expand the customer base and create office business opportunities. Your key responsibilities include: - Generating leads through various channels to enhance market coverage - Reaching decision-makers swiftly to present business opportunities effectively - Scheduling 6 to 8 meetings per week for market penetration and business growth - Conducting fortnightly performance assessments to meet targets - Establishing strong connections with developers, investors, and landlords - Possessing market knowledge and connections with occupiers in IT, ITeS, and SEZ asset classes - Demonstrating outstanding presentation and Excel skills - Contributing to business and organizational culture growth as a team player - Maintaining a positive attitude focused on success - Having knowledge of investment sales, especially in pre-leased assets Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduate degree holder, Post Graduate (MBA- Full Time) - 1 to 4 years of relevant real estate experience in office transactions in Mumbai - Real estate broking experience in office space transactions (No Landlord/Developer Representation) - Complete understanding of real estate transaction practices, concluding the entire cycle of office transactions from prospecting to documentation This job does not include any additional details about the company.,
