Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager, located in Noida. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for getting. brands on board for the projects CRA is leasing on Pan India basis. Overseeing lease agreements, managing property leases, conducting market research. The role involves working closely with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to optimize retail real estate operations. You will be responsible for lease administration and property management activities to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction and property performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
• Proficiency in conducting Market Research and Location Analytics
• Skills in Property Management and Resident Retention
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience in retail real estate is a plus
