Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement leasing strategies for warehousing & industrial assets
Identify and onboard new tenants through broker networks, site visits, and market outreach
Lead negotiation of lease terms, commercials, and legal documentation
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure retention and high occupancy
Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing, and operations teams
Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities
Prepare leasing reports, occupancy dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management
Represent the company at industry events and with brokerage partners

Requirement-

7-10 years of leasing experience (warehousing/industrial/commercial)
Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills Good understanding of lease terms & legal clauses Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus Self-motivated & result-oriented
