Job Title: Leasing Manager – Commercial Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate to lead our leasing activities across office spaces, retail spaces, and other commercial developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial leasing, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to manage tenant relationships and maximize occupancy across our commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement leasing strategies for commercial properties including office spaces, retail outlets, and mixed-use developments.
  • Identify and engage potential tenants through brokers, direct contacts, and corporate networks.
  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and negotiations with prospective tenants.
  • Prepare and finalize lease proposals, LOIs, and agreements in coordination with legal and commercial teams.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor properties, and rental rates to keep offerings competitive.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Ensure timely occupancy and minimize vacancy periods across commercial projects.
  • Maintain records of lease documentation, renewals, escalations, and tenant correspondence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (legal, projects, marketing, etc.) to ensure smooth handover and fit-outs.
  • Track and report leasing performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 Yrs years of experience in commercial leasing with a reputed real estate developer or commercial property consultant.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial lease terms, documentation, and local real estate regulations.
  • Established network of corporate clients, brokers, and IPCs (International Property Consultants).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or property management software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,420.95 - ₹58,601.15 per month
