Marketing Head - Real estate

As an experienced and result-driven Marketing Head, you will be responsible for leading the marketing function for commercial real estate projects. Your expertise in real estate marketing, brand positioning, and digital campaigns will be crucial in defining and driving integrated marketing strategies. Your role will involve close coordination with external marketing agencies and internal oversight to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for commercial real estate projects. - Define and drive brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives. - Plan marketing budgets and ensure optimum utilization for maximum ROI. - Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing/advertising agencies. - Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including digital marketing, social media, print, events, and outdoor campaigns. - Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets and business objectives. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. - Recommend innovative marketing approaches to strengthen brand visibility and positioning in the market.
