Leasing Executive

As a Leasing Executive/Property Surveyor at VisionPro Realty, your role will involve handling commercial leasing, conducting lease negotiations, administering leases, performing market research, and managing lease agreements. You will engage with potential tenants, evaluate properties, and ensure compliance with leasing policies. This full-time, on-site position in Gurugram requires you to have experience in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration. Additionally, proficiency in handling leases, conducting market research, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work effectively on-site are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in real estate industry sales/leasing, will be beneficial. The salary offered ranges from 20K to 26K plus incentives.,
