Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience:

    8–10 years in Learning Design / Instructional Design / L&D.
  • Availability:

    available to join within 30 days max preferred.
  • Background:

    Prior experience in tech-based companies
  • Compensation Offer:

    ~18 LPA (all fixed, depends on experience).

Key Functions:

  • Partner with SMEs to design learning content across formats (live sessions, e-learning, videos, podcasts, infographics, quizzes, case studies).
  • Manage & design hubs for effective content access.
  • Facilitate trainings across regions; flexible to support international time zones.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan & manage content creation/review.
  • Create instructional outlines & reconcile with existing materials.
  • Define measurement strategy with curriculum teams.
  • Develop facilitator guides & enablement tools.
  • Organize content hubs.
  • Deliver engaging virtual/in-person sessions


Skills:

  • Strong communication & facilitation.
  • Expertise in instructional design, training methodologies & LMS.
  • Tools: Keynote, Rise, Vyond, InDesign, Illustrator, Camtasia, Screenflow, Zoom.
  • Interest/experience in AI-enabled learning design.
