Experience:
8–10 years in Learning Design / Instructional Design / L&D.
Availability:
available to join within 30 days max preferred.
Background:
Prior experience in tech-based companies
Compensation Offer:
~18 LPA (all fixed, depends on experience).

Key Functions:

Partner with SMEs to design learning content across formats (live sessions, e-learning, videos, podcasts, infographics, quizzes, case studies).
Manage & design hubs for effective content access.
Facilitate trainings across regions; flexible to support international time zones.

Responsibilities:

Plan & manage content creation/review.
Create instructional outlines & reconcile with existing materials.
Define measurement strategy with curriculum teams.
Develop facilitator guides & enablement tools.
Organize content hubs.
Deliver engaging virtual/in-person sessions

Skills:

Strong communication & facilitation.
Expertise in instructional design, training methodologies & LMS.
Tools: Keynote, Rise, Vyond, InDesign, Illustrator, Camtasia, Screenflow, Zoom.
Interest/experience in AI-enabled learning design.
