Learning Experience Designer

As a self-driven English Learning Experience Designer at ConveGenius, you will play a crucial role in shaping how children experience and understand English. Working as part of the Assessments team, your responsibility will be to design engaging learning experiences that promote deep understanding and cater to diverse classroom settings. Your primary focus will be on creating story-led learning experiences that blend pedagogy with creative storytelling to make learning joyful and meaningful for k-12 children. Key Responsibilities: - Design engaging, hands-on stories, games, and activities that spark curiosity and promote deep understanding of English. - Develop storyboards and content flows that integrate strong English pedagogy with creative storytelling. - Craft engaging and effective learning materials using instructional design principles. - Collaborate with designers and developers to seamlessly integrate storyboards into the learning experience. - Ensure all content is aligned with curriculum goals, age-appropriate, and rooted in diverse classroom learning settings. - Support content review by providing constructive feedback to enhance the team's learning and improvement. - Collaborate with senior learning experience designers to maintain accuracy, clarity, and learning depth across various formats. - Work closely with illustrators, animators, and developers to transform storyboards into interactive digital experiences. - Conduct user research and feedback sessions to improve design based on real classroom insights. - Stay updated on new trends and tools in education and learning design to bring fresh and creative ideas into the work. - Experiment with new approaches, collect user feedback, and use it to enhance the learning experience.
